The three components are saved in discrete portions of the device's memory. Flashing one does not overwrite the others. All three must be compatible for the phone to operate properly. Custom ROMs are not always named using the OEM convention, so you must research the custom ROM to determine whether it is based on a level 2.xx or 3.xx stock OEM ROM.

To flash from SD card:
1. Using a PC, format a microSD card to FAT32.
2. Using winrar or an unzipper, extract the *.nbh file from the ROM upgrade .exe.
3. Copy the *.nbh file to the formatted microSD card
4. Rename the file on the microSD card TITAIMG.nbh.
5. Insert the microSD card into the phone and reset into bootloader.
6. The phone will tell you to press the power button to flash the ROM; do so.

Yes. The .exe file for the radio also has a *.nbh file inside it that can be extracted and flashed from an SD card. I believe that the "unofficial leaked" 3.16 ROM package (kmartburrito's thread) contains a large .nbh file that includes both the radio and the ROM.

Hold the power and camera buttons down while you press the stylus in the reset hole.

Thanks bakntyme for your help Im up and runnin again! I had to use the 2.17 rom again tho. The whole time I was trying to reflash the 3.27.
