Need Help Upgrading To New ROM

What up people..I have the sprint Mogul and I'm really really tempted to flash my phone to get the new 6.1 ROM..Im not 100% ready but very close to it (90%). Anyway, I was reading a few post on here as far as upgrading but I was unable to find what Im looking for...one of the post said that you need to copy down your "MSID/MDN/EPST Codes"..Where do I find this? I looked through my phone but couldnt find anything..I also saw something on another post saying that you have to press ##33284# or ##3282#...I also read somewhere else that if you hit ##778# or ##778 it will bring up the "EPST configuration menu"..I did all of those and nothing happened ](*,)..What am I doing wring? Can someone please help me ..Thanks.

Quantumforce1's writeup is IMO the easiest guide to follow. Step by step with links to the tools and files. Follow the Guide and you shouldn't have any problems.

You guys have been helpful so far..Thanks...I viewed that link trim81..and it looks very helpful Im gonna actually print it out and do the flash this weekend..Hopefully everything works out great. One concern I have is in that link what kind of ROM is it?...You know like how "Chem" has his own own? Does anyone know what I can expect from it? Are there any programs that I will have to redownload besides any extra one that I want? And how do I get my "MSID/MDN/EPST Codes"? That link doesnt mention it..does that mean I dont need to worry about that?

Dial ##778# on your phone. Make sure to uninstall any dialers you have as these hard cdoes don't work with dialers installed. When you dial ##778# you'll see "View", "edit","cancel". Choose "view" and look at your MSID. Write it down. Then go to "View Info" at the bottom left. Choose "NAM settings" and write down your "Mobile Directory Number". Hope this helps.
