help!!!my phone bircks now~
 

I try to flash my mogul to the dcd's titan ROMs & kitchen 2.3.1, and followed the instruction exactly.

But when the flashing is over, the phone restarted and stuck at the screen with HTC logo forever. Then I unplug the usb cable and tried the soft reset, same thing agian. So, I removed and reinstalled the battery, but this time, I can not power up my phone. Now the phone is totally a piece of brick.

What can I do now, anyone can give me some advice. Thanks a lot

Thanks, but I can not find the answer to my problem, my problem is I can not power up the phone at all, the screen is always dark, is there any similar case?

Can you get into boot loader mode? Did you unlock the device with the HARD_SPL?

Try plugging it in to the charger then holding down the power button after you wait a minute. If you get back to the boot screen or it boot and it fail then you can hold the boot loader keypress combo and reload a new image.

I put the battery aside for 20mins, then I can start the phone. But it stuck at the screen with htc logo again. I can enter the 3-color mode, and it shows TITA100 MFG SPL-2.40. Olipro CPLD-9

What should I do now? Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!!

You have to unlock phone with HARD_SPL 2.40 (follow the intruction carefully at the unlock step) and then flash with Rom 3.16 again to see it works. If nothing boot up, press power+Camera+Reset simultaneously, then plug in USB connection, make sure you uncheck USB connection in your Activesyn before you connect your phone with PC or laptop, HARD_SPL should pop up again, then reflash or use Titan Relocker to start over.

Sounds like you did not flash the 3x radio. You need to flash the Radio in order for the 3x ROM to boot. You show as you already have the HARD_SPL flashed correctly. Get back to there and flash the Radio if you have DCD's ROM flashed already. Then it should boot fine.

I just updated the phone with the rom 3.16.651.0. Right now, it is working, thanks god and thanks you all. If I update dcd's titan ROMs & kitchen 2.3.1 again, do I have to update the radio 3.27 after it?
