sometimes predictive text is in the keyboard directly, check your sip to see if it has predictive text on.

I had a similar issue initially with my Logitech Freestyle Wireless Headset. What fixed it for me was to tell it to allow me to manually enter the password (dont generate one) and enter 00000.

I dont know if that is your issue as I am sure you know the proper password for your device, but figured id just post my experience.

the device is preconfigured with 0000 so i always have to enter that, other devices are able to connect to it with no issues and my mogul is having no issues connecting to others, just cannot connet properly to the holux unit.

That is weird....everything but the Holux:scratch:........did you try a soft reset?.....I have those issues sometimes and that usually does it for me.....

tried soft reset with same results. I was thinking maybe some kind of reg edit to completely remove all teaces of the device from the os? not sure how i would do that though.

if you go into HKLM, software, Microsoft, bluetooth, you should find a trail that leads you to devices....not sure what it would come up as....
