3.16 worth it or wait poll

I had no bugs running dcds 2.0.0(3.16) from HERE and I have ran it since his release 01-27-2008. Now i running dcd 2.3.1 (6.1) from HERE and have had no problems yet.

I installed the leaked ROM and like it even though it has bugs. The most annoying of which is the dropped browser connections. The phone is much louder and easier to hear now. I love the GPS. Mine is very accurate and works great with Google maps.

The only thing I wonder.....if HTC doesn't fix the problems with this phone ever, what else is there for CDMA? And can we trust HTC since we all have had these problems.

Why is vaporware so much better but reality isn't that good? What is the meaning of life?

I'm with you Vetvito. I never knew that you could do so much more on the Mogul until a friend introduced me to PPCGeeks. I've been using No2Chems stuff and it is too awesome. No more stock ROMS for me.

lots of locks requiring reboots... mostly related to the data problems... im going back to 1.40 and staying there.

i was one of the people that voted this is worth the upgrade. but as of last night i upgraded to a rom that is 1 million times better: no2chem's WM6.1 (build5049). it is the absolute best of both worlds with everything that is worthwhile about the 3.16 rom as well as WM6.1. This was the most stressless upgrade i've ever done, and my device flies in everything it does now, with no bugs or resets!
