anyone had this problem with the new ROM 3.16?
 

seems with all the SMS i receive, when i view the message it shows the message scrolled all the way to the bottom of the message. so when i view it i have to scroll up to the the body of the text. anyone know the reasoning behind this? i just did the upgrade last night, and everything else seems to be working great except this. thanks


i did a search, and i DL codyppc threaded and that vito threaded sms. and they both viewed fine, but i dont like vito, i like cody's but not the lag in the messages.

notice the right scroll bar all the way down, so to view it i have to scroll up every time..

I get the same thing on one of my sms but i dont even get a scroll bar. And i know I have a lot of sms history with this person. I guess you win some then you lose some.

I disabled the PIE 4-way Navigation w/DPad in the registry and this went away back when I was a Mogular. :) Don't remember the hack but I had this problem with both the 6700 and 6800. I never narrowed it down to what may have causeed it, but the above should fix it.

This is a side-effect of the registry edit that changes the d-pad to scroll a page at a time instead of jumping from clickable link to clickable link on web pages.
