Even though the phone might not work the way id want it to but it was an expensive phone so i think i would settle for verbal threats lol

Don't jump out the window yet... Ask if you can get the SERO plan. Between that and what I get already with the Mogul, its worth it.

I think we should all take a step back and be grateful for what we have. Dont get me wrong, they (whoever "they" are..HTC Sprint?) are still accountable for their promised services, but we should do a reality check and ask ourselves this basic question... "Do our phones do enough to get us through the day?" Just my opinion.

I bought this phone so I could carry one device instead of three. My husband's two year-old cell phone works with Google Maps, and I can't even get that to work properly with the Mogul.

Don't get my wrong: I love the phone, but I paid a truckload of money for it and I don't think it's asking too much to get the features that enticed me to purchase it in the first place.

Question: When is the release date for the mogul rom that will enable gps and rev A. Many customers have been waiting months and the last official word was early quarter 1, 2008. This date has come and gone with no update available as of yet. Myself as well as many other mogul customers are becoming more and more dissatisfied with our 550 dollar purchases.
