ok the guys up top having the errors i will try to get it to do the same on me tonight and see what i come up with.
the one with the post of making a cab into a oem it is pretty easy just use oemmaker in the kitchen under tools theres a great tut. the the froum some were around here.

Lets keep in mind with everone trying new stuff out and you make a rom you need to test and retest to make sure you got bugs out of it, and if you do put one out ALWAYS give credit to the people that made the kitchen and base rom.

So can anyone tell me why I can't get No2Chem's stuff to compile into an nbf but DCD's works just fine?

I'd prefer to build off of No2Chems but I want to integrate this fix that DCD's applied:

2.2.3
- 02-07-08 modified browser.dll\S000 to fake useragent (sprint sites need it)

He (no2chem), didn't use the dogguy's kitchen. You have to get the "basekit" from no2chem's FTP. He said he'd have one posted that worked with the dogguy's kitchen!

Oi...hrm...I posted a note about it in his thread last night. You might want to ask him there! He's the guru after all...me? I'm just a tinkering n00b I actually just settled for installing the 5042 version straight since it didn't seem to include the Arcsoft MMS anyways...shrug. Had to reload a PRL before I could do the Over The Air programming (to get the new PRL, but other than that, not too much trouble.

verkion, have you tried to to use no2chems rom with this? I remember in the past i have used his rom and it worked fine and rebuilt the .nbh file perfect (although i did not add to much to the rom). I also just tried again (without adding anything) and it rebuilt it again. Is no2chems not suppose to work with dogguys kitchen?

Maybe i will try with adding a bunch of stuff and see if i run into any problems....

Edit: Actually now that im thinking, i used his rom the first time i tried to do this. I added arcsoft, touch dialer, music id, various customizations, vibrate keypad, flash bundle, htc action screen, home, and a few others and it rebuilt and flashed fine. So IDK

ok I am a little new to this kitchen and here is the error I get

The target file "temp\dump\mscoree.dll" is a directory not a file

I am using the DCD rom but I got similar errors using the other rom. Is this due to the fact that I have programs checked that are already on the rom?

Also I had trouble finding the log file.

I am new to this so I could be wrong but when I get messages like that I go to my oem folder and search for what it is. In your case "mscoree" if you find it delete and try again.
