Bricked: stuck on Sprint boot screen
 

My phone currently only boots as far as the Sprint screen and then just stays there. I have tried hard resetting, but it still only gets that far.

Is there a way to get it into bootloader if I can't make it as far as the today screen? I can't get any sort of usb connection to run any of the utilities here.

I had tried to load a new rom and ran the new bootloader, loaded the ROM, but then I got into this situation.

If nobody can help I guess I'll try to take it to a Sprint Service/Repair store and just play dumb, but I figured I can't be the first person on this board to get this far.

Sorry if this info can be found elsewhere, I didn't really know what to search for.

if u have a mogul u can manually put it into bootloader by pressing the camera button ,power button and at the same pushing the reset button hope this helps.

Did you try Power+Camera+soft reset ?

I'm guessing you flashed 3.16 but have yet to flash the new 3.27 radio.

This usually happens with the rom or radio (happened for me after the radio update before i even got to rom). Just install rom or radio from sd card. To do this put .nbh file on sd card but rename it TITAIMG.nbh, card should be formated to fat32, put phone in bootloader mode (camera power and soft reset pushed at the same time) this will take you to the tri color bootloader, it should find that TITAIMG.nbh file on your sd card and start installing.

I think i remember reading you can also install from usb at the bootloader menu, but i always have problems with usb and figure the SD method is easier. Its how i install all roms now.

newby question... i did thew same thing... installed 3.16... but have not figured out how to install 3.27 rom.... do i need to put the .nbh in any certain file... or do i just save it to the main storage area of the sd card??
