for one when u flashed ur rom the radio loaded fine the thing it probably changed your msid. i had a very similar problem i could get on the internet but i couldnt make any calls so all you need to do is call sprint and get ur msid your esn and your msl. and follow the the directions in the easy upgrade forum. if sprint asks y need it jus say u flashed to the 2.17 rom and something went wrong they should give it to u they jus gave me mine. the only way any of that will work is if you r getting to the today screen.

Thanks, but i wrote my ESN(Hex),ESN(Dec) and MSID numbers, but i can't find my MDN number.
What MDN number looks like? I never see MDN information before? I can't call to Sprint. Have international connection problems... |

In the US, the MDN number is the 10-digit cell phone number. I do not know if it is different in other countries. Your cell carrier should be able to answer the question.

The MDN is always the cell phone number, and the MSID can either be the same number or another number that looks like a cell phone number. If you wrote it down before you flashed the ROM and it was the phone number, then use that number. Did you recheck the MDN and MSID after you reflashed the radio? After fixing those numbers, did you start the phone application, then click Menu>Options>Services>Internet>Get Settings then click Start? After all of that, try a hard reset and see if it works. |
