I did not back up my MDN, MSID, AKEY now my Ii can't make calls

Your best bet is to follow quatumforce1's guide for upgrading step by step. It is the only sticky in the upgrades forum. Would be kind of ironic, no? To use someone's guide who you accused of not being helpful. LOL. Good luck.
