It is impossible to get tethering charges on the Mogul

If Internet Sharing is not used properly (i.e. either connecting to the Internet before starting Internet Sharing or doing the registry edit) your phone will NOT connect!

Sprint uses a separate NAI for PAM and that it how they can tell if you are tethering.

IF YOU DON'T PROPERLY DISABLE MULTI-NAI, YOUR PHONE WILL NOT CONNECT (AND THEREFORE NOT CHARGE YOU) IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PHONE-AS-MODEM PLAN!

But yes, no2chem has removed multi-NAI in this ROM.

Maybe this is why im having trouble using IrDA, some weird reason I can't use my Supraekey (its a program to access a lockbox, im a realtor). Its driving my nutz, I need to use it Saturday

Thanks, thats a great explanation. I have been looking for this answer for a long time, and could not find a straight answer anywhere.

My wifi keeps disapearing, ill flip the switch and nada. Yesterday when i loaded 5051 it happened so i hard reset and loaded everything again. Ive used wifi a few times and wifi router with no problems. Now hours later and nothing. There isnt any new programs that i use that i havent used with previous builds.

Don't know if the following is reproduceable but sometimes comm manager comes up randomly.Usually when closing a program.

Haven't had this problem with active sync at all. Have you tried disabling the advanced network functionality setting?

i'm pretty sure this is a Radio problem. usually after about 12 hours or so (just a guess, i've never actually paid attention to the time interval) all data on my Mogul will entirely not work so i'll have to do a soft reset to get it going again. i rarely use wifi, but i imagine this has some effect... although i easily could be wrong.

Does anyone know how to increase the size of the scroll bar in No2Chems 5051 ROM? I like everything about it, but the scroll bar (ie. the scroll bar on the right side in say the Programs menu) is to small.

use the provided registry editor in dotfred registry editor and modify:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\GWE]
"cyHScr"=dword:9
"cxVScr"=dword:9
"cyVScr"=dword:9
"cxHScr"=dword:9

to something other than 9.
