Is anyone having battery problem (drains really fast and the phone gets hot) with build 5060?

Thanks.

I'm having the same issue, although it doesn't matter if I press the answer button or the soft key.

If you have advanced config in your rom, make a new one in the kitchen without it. It worked for me for a while, but it came back. I'm on 5060.

removing titlebar battery icon

I somehow got the battery icon displayed in the titlebar, covering up the clock. Is there any way to disable it?

I had a similar problem to this...It seems to be caused by running this ROM with HTC Home Customizer.

I turned off the "display clock on the title bar in all program" in the [settings-clock & alarms-more] setting. Then in HTC HC under options I clicked the check box there for "show titlebar clock".

Now I have the date and time there but no battery...That's what worked for me:headbang:.

I can no longer use thhe BT as a Stereo Headset on 5060. 5059 was working fine, although I had to activate the headset from the Bluetooth connection screen and not from the headset specific button. My guess is that it has to do with the changed BT stack. Anyway to make it selectable or is this selectable in the kitchen? What version was used in 5059 vs 5060?

There's a setting in the registry somewhere too.

I'm a bit of a newb so I don't know anything about fooling with the registry files just yet. I changed the setting I could find and made it happen...

By the way, this is my first custom ROM. Haven't done any cooking yet either. I do really like this one alot though. It is fast and clean...as promised. Much props to No2Chem!!
