Quick question... When using these kitchens to create our own ROMs, if I didn't want to include an application from the kitchen in the ROM I want to build, but still wanted to use it, how would I go about extracting it from the kitchen and creating a cab file out of it?

use something like that win ce cab maker program everyone uses... i dunno, i dont use cabs very often..
