PPCGeeks - No2Chem nueROM 2.0 (WM6.1) Thread

I have tried in vain but have had no luck changing the page pool on no2chems rom. Can anyone help me at all in completing this task. Thank you in advance,

got it!! thanks! I am cracking up over here. Took me freakin 30 min from the time I posted, to read to get to here, to realize screw 5055/56/57 and get to 58!~! Love it. I'm going to flash that, then figure out how the heck to set up the UC thing I keep reading about. So i don't have to laboriously reset up all my crap LMAO.

Thank you indeed No2c! Now.... do you make 50+ versions of a life???? I have NO clue why I am up at 2am flashing ROMS..... (you'd think toddlers, a business, a degree... I'd be P***** out...)

ETA: why on earth is the word p.a.s.s.e.d. starred out? Am I so tired I don't recognize a bad word?

On No2Chem's latest ROM I installed LS and TKTask on ExtROM. I tried installing Google Maps on ExtROM also but it placed in the regular ROM.

Any issue(s) with putting some of these applications on the ExtROM?

no problem mikee... search for hex

64B0000064000000

...and look for 4000 or 2000 or something like that, and change to whatever you want =) .. be sure your hex editor is on overwrite mode...

Anyone notice a problem with the internet connection. I had 5055 installed and everytime i was done accessing the internet it would disconnect. For example, i would run sprint navigation or live search and it would keep dialing for a connection?

I need to. I don't know if I'll get it right now, maybe tomorrow. I haven't really looked at it yet, I kinda thought it would be over my head. I'll do a search and read up.

auto install is very easy to setup i set it up round this time one night bout this time and works pretty awesome for me. but relatiing to the gps mine is less accurate then it used to be but i dont use it very often and also i cant keep htc home plug in to stay outta the today screen and just stay in ultimate launcher.
