LZX Titan for PPCK

As requested by mettercomputers LZX compression for titan in PPCK.

1). Replace the nk.fat in the titan core with the one attached. Your titan_lzx_source xip for xip porting is enclosed as well.

2). Replace the cecompr_nt in BuildOs tools folder with the attached LZX one.

I also enclosed a titan 23053 lzx xip with just about as tight of a ram map as possible on a titan. It is not portable on purpose.
