Help Creating Stock Rom Backup

Been searching all over. This is an older phone, but we don't have a backup up of our carrier's rom anywhere (ntelos to be exact.)

So far, I've been able to complete the pdocread and create that backups into part00.raw-part03.raw.

Kind of at a loss where to go from here, can anyone help me get into the right direction?
