Oookay. Just got around to havin' some free time...but no ROM?? No2chem, did you take it off for some reason??

And about the dialer, I really appreciate it!! Take your time, I know you're putting in a lot of time and effort into these ROMs.

EDIT: I think you might have been uploading the ROMs right now but I see the latest one. Flashing it now...its dated the 19th.

If you just need it to turn on to use for light, you can use VJcandella, or Nilisco's flashlight app (found on XDA). Its great because you can assign it to a button and press it for light instead of digging through camera menus.

If you actually use it for picture taking, than I can't help you. But so far I like the camer app.
I don't use the Flash feature as a flash light for the most part. It is usually just used for picture taking (as worthless as it is...sometimes it helps). That is why, I think we may have to go back to the Titan camera. I have not really messed with the Vogue camera, but are there other features in there that we're missing?

The new HTC Touch Camera software has some issue with HTC Album. With the previous version of HTC Camera software, I was able to turn/slide/zoom the picture. However, the newer camera software won't allow me to do all that.. And I feel the older rom from No2Chem was a bit faster than this new version, and it has a little bit more free Program Memory compare with the newest rom.

So results so far: After about 6 hours of use an 3 hours of Bluetooth usage (not actual usage...just bt being turned on), I've ran into absolutely NO problems!!! Bluetooth is very consistent. I am using it with my Motorola H700 headset and as soon as I flip open the mic, headset is on and recognzed by the Mogul. No false indication eithe of BT being on (as in previous versions where blue light would stll keep flashing but BT would be turned off).

I have not used the HTC Album yet but give me litle time and I will try to have full results on all apps. But so far, working like a charm! No memory issues here. It is slowing down a bit at times but I thnk that might be due to 'Large Start Menu' app or the 'HTC Plus!' plugin. I am still trying to test it though...so again, will try to have full results later on this evening.

I don't use HTC album so i'm not sure. It might be because of the camera, you guys are right. How much faster was the old rom... and how much more program memory did it have?

EDIT: I think the reduced program memory is because of the glyphcache hack. I'll have to look into it again.

if I didn't remember wrong, the Old ROM has around 28mb free program memory to start up with. This new version has around 26mb to start up. I will say around 2mb more.
Spees wise... only a little bit slower, not a big biggie for me. I don't use bluetooth so i don't really know what exactly is going on with bluetooth problem. The only problem that really annoying me is the Chinese input program I had on my phone that cause the phone not waking up when phone went to sleep mode.. (My 6700 has no problem with the chinese program). I wonder what could cause this problem...

Does the chinese input problem only occur on this rom?

I haven't tested the alarm. Bluetooth should be fixed.

The chinese input software problem happened on every rom I have used be4. (Included the original carrier rom from TELUS) However, I found this problem getting worse when i start using your Oct 21 rom. I don't think it has anything to do with your rom anyway since it happened on every single rom i had on HTC 6800. However, if i have my phone on all the time (not let the phone went into power off mode) then there will be no problem at all, but as long as it went to the power off mode, then I won't be able to wake up the phone, needs to do a soft reset on it.. somewhat similer to the bluetooth problem??

EDIT!!: OOPS!! Oct21 rom is colonols rom.. not yours.. been flash too many of the roms, can't remember which one is which now.. :P
