I'm currently using a1jatt's kitchen and it works great so I'm not really sure I should risk it...

I suspect that changing the OS version can't be that easy.... What do you guys think?

Oh well, I finally broke down and burned it... It wouldn't boot. I didn't think it would be that easy. Does anyone know where it might be documented how some of the kitchen makers have managed to change the OS from 6.0 to 6.1. That would probably be a good tutorial for going backwards.
