I am guessing that you have tried flashing a rom again from the bootloader screen?
With phone in bootloader, hook up usb cable and then run rom updateutility.
Don't worry bout it showing in active sync, cuz it will NOT show. Just make sure it says usb instead of serial at bottom of device when hooked up to usb.
You can't hard reset at the point you are at, cuz you don't have a complete rom flashed to device, remember the cord got disconnected before it was finished.
If you don't have another usb cable, then flash from sd card. Remember that file name MUST be TITAIMG.nbh : common mistakes that users make is capitolizing the .nbh, which CANNOT be. also another mistake is users have file extensions hidden on pc and when they rename , they get this TITAIMG.nbh.nbh with two extensions, that will not work either.
Again, file on sd card MUST have a name of TITAIMG.nbh
After putting file on sd card and placing the card in phone, turn on phone and you will be at the bootloader screen, if it don't see the update then while in bootloader, force bootloader again, camera+power+reset.
Don't know where you are at this point and what you have tried last nite, but easiest thing to remember is that phone stuck in bootloader generally just needs a rom flash. Which is what would have been required in your situation. My cable has gotten disconnected many times by accident, ALL I do is rehook up device and then run the romupdate again and it flashes and boots.
