phone keeps going back to last mod

ok so i installed the cym 7.2.0 rco-epic. i didnt like like it. so i wanted to try the RandomROM THUNDERHAWK 3.3 rom. now everytime i try to change it still reboots back to 7.2.0 rco-rom. i always clear everything, do the whole wipe thing 3 times. install the thunderhawk rom from the sd and reboot. when it reboots it goes back to the rco rom.
any ideas?
