Root Explorer? how to push an app

ive asked before how to use it but didnt understand i searched and searched and tried everything posted on how to make this work but nothing

im using era EC05 revolution v6 rom and it doesnt come with voice dialer app so i ask the developer on how to get it on there and he said to push to system/app folder with root explorer but im new on how to use R.E. and cant make it work

i have the apk on my sd card so in R.E. i selected it press copy then i went back to the system>app folder and i hit the R/W button on top and that dont change so i hit copy here but i get a pop up saying ''Warning You cannot paster here because the file system is read-only" so i hit the R/W button on top again and nothing changes then i tried to MOVE it there but same thing

am i missing something ?

android terminal is a bash shell for linux (think of it like ms dos of windows) where you type in commands manually.

here are choices of file managers:

Re: Root Explorer? how to push an app

Installed super manager and tried the same method as with root explorer which was copy the apk to the system/app folder but when I hit paste it seems like it works but when I look on the list too see if its their and its not
