Terrible reception on my Epic 4g

I have a conference call on tuesdays 1pm to 3pm+. I usually have to re-call in a couple times. I make phone calls so I never noticed, but at home I only have 1 bar.

I was on with a new boss's boss and it kept almost cutting out. I think I need to call sprint about it.

I've been on sprint for over 12 years.

trying to up post count? what rom/modem you using and did you try other modems?

Other modems DO make a big difference. And don't forget AirRave. It's free if you ask nicely and point out your 1 bar or less situation.

lately ive been getting bad reception as well and phone goes into roaming in places were atleast i would 3 bars also data speed suck
should i update my prl or try a new modem . im using the eeo3 modem which has been pretty good better than the ones before and without the issues of ef02/ef10

im loving EH17 and really liked EG22 plus its simple to odin a modem.
