Try choosing the "Samsung Pack" and that should get you back to TouchWiz.

I downloaded Homeswitcher for Froyo from the market and it identified two launchers on the phone "launcher" and "twlauncher" "twlauncher" was touchwiz the other was srintID. Now I'm back to thinking I just poluted my taskbar(tray/curtain)somehow? because the Sprint ID launcher is definately different.

He is on stock..aka hold back button on physical keyboard + home key = screenshot ;)

it just keeps bringing up the task manager? is that the right key sequence or am i hitting them in the wrong order? I assume the pics would appear in the DCIM folder with all other camera pictures?

You gotta use the hardware keyboard...hold the back key and then press home key(not hold home key)..it will give you a message that screenshot has been taken.

As for the folder..don't remember off the top of my head..

Have you gone to Settings/Applications/Manage Applications select the All tab and look for TWlauncher...and click clear data?

EDIT: I haven't used TW in a long time...but can't you just open your applications drawer and long-press on an app and have it appear on your home screen...and then slide it down to the dock?
