Phone ringing and a playing music through earpiece

My phone for whatever reason changes automatically to ringing through the earpiece on the phone. It also does it with music as well. Can't figure out why. I have been missing calls because I don't hear it when it does it. Was wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them. I am running stock EC05 rooted. Any ideas?

To note its a bit outdated so make sure you backup your rom before flashing just in case it causes compatibility issues.

I'm not sure if I was clear. The sound for the ringer and music audio comes through the actual handset speaker where your ear goes. It looks like this link concerns switching between wired and bluetooth .

Its for all 3...

In order to route the audio through the earpiece, bluetooth or speakerphone, you must pull the plug out of the jack. This is at the very least annoying, and at the very worst potentially dangerous if, for example, you're driving.
