How do i remove a theme i installed by cw. Phone is on stock 2.1 with a theme by supernova want to remove it so i can give 2.2 a try. How do i do it without messing anything up

Just did the odin dk28 upgrade. what a difference it is from stock. Now to get rooted and install clockwork and im gonna try superonva rom

the rom i want to install states i need to have the latest clockwork which is 3.0.0.5 and i also want to root the phone so i can use wifi tether

The CW3 package also includes the EXT4 formatter.

your fine with just cw3 but like i said i use both for emergency's like flashing di18 zip with old cwm.

Edit: my bad wasnt paying full attention i guess just downloaded it and noticed it includes superuser and the name on the zip says clearly root

just started clockwork mod. man does that take long the first time. From there i have to wipe 3 times correct

na, your good to flash. please dont use titanium backup and please dont restore a pre ext4 backup.

this is best backup there is imo, free trial too. (i think)

darren got it im doing a backup right now but i wont use it. gonna go straight to rom then no wiping

Apply update from sdcard
or Install zip from sdcard?

ok got it installed everything looks awesome on this rom gonna test it out for a while to see what new things are on here from 2.1 i know many things. Thanks to all of you (gten,darren,shane) for your help.

Now i got to start looking at where to download the wifi tether app but thats not pda or the sprint one.

Use the qr code that takes you to the market and dl it. I use it all the time.

Cool got it now going through all the new things this rom offers. Gonna reinstall all the apps i had oh yeah its 2.2 so gonna transfer all the apps to my sd thats gonna let me have way more apps now

If the rom you're using does not include the a2sd app, it's on the market.

it must because it downloaded some apps when into setting etc etc then clicked on the app i wanted to send to sd card and it worked. thanks either way
