Notable is that you have to select view first, and then click WIMAX. I tried searching in the Edit area first and was unable to find anything about WIMAX. Kinda crazy it lets you edit values in the viewing area.

Can someone tell me why when i press ##3282# I get nothing as tho I am dialing a number.

It should go straight to a menu as soon as you press that last # button. That said, (going off memory since I don't have my laptop next to me) there is an apk that controls it. If it's not going to the menu then that apk might be missing. Are you rooted or running a custom rom?
