Re: So I learned a valuable lesson while flashing my phone today

I had to do a batch restore last week. A Sprint Tech mistakenly blamed my phone for a data problem that Sprint was having all over the SouthWest and got me to do a hard reset. I had backed up in TB and in MyBackup. When I looked at the Restore in TB I felt uneasy. MyBackup looked a lot cleaner and clearer so I went with it. It was one-click easy and worked perfectly. Everything came back except my desktop icons and widgets, which needed cleaning up anyway. IMO MBu rules.

Dude, that blows. I have sued TB to restore Angry Birds at least a dozen times and never lost anything.

So, Moral of the Story is : MUST use ODIN when going from one version (2.1) of Android to another (2.2.)

You're not the first person that has had good things to say about MBP. I think I'm going to switch.
