Not official, no..but we have a leaked version which can be installed via native recovery...here is the installation:

This is for stock DK28, try it out..


if you want a custom rom a lot of people like the midnight rom..you can install it after you update to froyo by installing the root + clockwork and then loading the midnight rom

asssert failed: apply_patch_check ("system/app/Asphalt5_demo......... status 7

having some problems updating, im in cwm recovery if that makes a differnce

no, all i did was 1click root and install a ton of apps.

edit: actually i guess i did unistall that app its not in my list of apps. what to do now?

Did you install Asphalt 5 and say replace the original?

well i just spent the last few hours trying get get my computers to recognize my phone in download mode... none of them will. 2 win7 x64 and 1 pc on xp 32bit.

I installed the drivers off the samsung website and from an xda thread, no dice.

phone connect fine for adb

Try this connect it so you have ADB, then restart the phone via vol up+vol down+camera+power with the phone still plugged in and boot into odin, that worked for me when I had an issue.
