That said, when you pug it in and go to computer manager..do you see any drivers load?

What rom are you using? EB13? DI18? DK28?

Can you mass storage with usb debugging off/on?

I think people are having more consistent success using the ports on the back of the computer or those that come off the motherboard instead of a secondary port like the ones on the side of a monitor...
