Thanks for the input gTen. I tried your suggestions but my result was basically the same thing. When I ran the one-click again I would get "no device found" message....so I'm thinking there must be some issue with the samsung's drivers not fully loading on either of the PC's (both running XP/32).

I repeatedly uninstalled/installed the driver but continued to get the same result. I do have admin privileges so I'm not sure what's going on.

I'll keep messing with it though.

The no-device found is progress..that means ADB is running..now one thing, when you uninstall the drivers and install them back then plug it in..do you have 3/4 usb drivers finish loading on your system? (you can see them in the right corner usually when installing or in device manager)..also on yoru device there is an icon that its runnign in debug mode when you plug in right?

Thanks gTen and everyone else who chimed in.

No problemo :)

For reference if anyone in future gets the above issues:

The first issue most likely happened because when you ran it normally unlike running in command prompt depending on the configuration defaults to your home path rather then the actual path your in. So either running it directly in cmd prompt from the dir or changing the ENV path variable makes it work.

The 2nd issue is caused by drivers not fully loaded once you plug in the device or debug mode not enabled.

Downloaded SDX Stock App Removal and cleared out all that Sprint crap.

Thanks again for the help.

I had to do the path thing.
Otherwise it just said "error: device not found" or something like that.

actually, it's been sitting here: copy and run the exploit (may take 2 minutes)
for like 5 minutes.
