I just installed the v4.1 ..make sure to do a CHECKSUM in Astro or other program to make sure you downloaded it right...I downloaded it 3 times with checksum not being right :(

So far the rom is somewhat smooth..EXCEPT...the App drawer seems to lag from time to time.

Also I tried GPS and got accuracy of 20m and 30m (Indoors)

Edit: was playing around a bit..got it down to 10m accuracy(indoors) not bad...

What and where is"checksum"?

md5 checksum checks if the file is authentic and if it is corrupt or not..if you download things directly on your phone and use ASTRO manager for example..long hold on the file and click Details...it will take a few seconds and it will give you a checksum for the file.

so far its good but have a few hiccups here and there... is there a limit on how many programs you can move to your sd card..? because I was a little upset after 38 files got downloaded from the market.. the notification saying phone memory is low. so I moved some.. then downloaded some.. rebooted some... notification again saying phone is nearly full.. move some then suddenly it failed because the sdcard is full?....what?! I used up 2gb of the 16gb card.. most of which are my videos and pictures taken from the phone or downloaded from messages. c'mon now the mem restriction on the sdcard has got to go!
