The D-pad also has a protector on it. There is a tiny ding in the chrome at the bottom of the phone. Happened before I put on a snap on shield. Manufacture date is 5/18/09 and was activated on 6/11/09. Phone is currently activated on my account but I have no problem switching to a backup phone at anytime. No trades
