Additional Details:Screen protector was put on right away so screen is scratchless. The D-pad also has a protector on it. There is a tiny ding in the chrome at the bottom of the phone. Happened before I put on a snap on shield. Manufacture date is 5/18/09 and was activated on 6/11/09. Phone is currently activated on my account but I have no problem switching to a backup phone at anytime. No trades

I am very much interested in this device, but I am wondering if I can have it insured through Sprint if I buy it second hand like this. Will Sprint make me sign a 2 year contract for upgrading it from my Mogul?

Yes and No. (in that order) If you have Total Equip Protection and you activate the touch pro, then your coverage switches to your touch pro (of course your mogul is no longer being covered then) and the process will not renew your contract nor will it affect your rebate status for the upgrade program.
