ive seen verizons activated and all but dont you also have to get them to add the numbers into the computer which is the hardest part... theres is a video on someone activating the pre successfully to verizon over at precentral.net

it can be added but the problem is 3g data hasn't been known to work on the units that do have it added to vzw
in fact its been done for the past 2 weeks now...just no data; not even 1x

sup noir long time no see and yes u can activate but no data will not work....and the op is correct you can activate it i have seen it done...op pm me about trades for a touch pro..

I've got a like-new Sprint Touch Pro that I'd would be willing to combo for the Pre as long as it can be activated on Sprint again. Don't need his plan.

but bagz is correct one report around is that the pesky esn has to be added but luckily mobile files found a way...
I'd buy it but I'm so strapped for cash I'm using a blackberry storm and I am ready to kill myself currently
