Just got this as a replacement, but retentions is shipping me out a Pro, so now I need to cover the difference!

It still has the screen protector attatched. I think it may be a refurb, but I don't think it is... it has absolutely no marks or signs of use. The plastic covering the keyboard sides is still there. Its practically in perfect condition.

how long ago did you buy the original phone? as in how many more months of warenty do you have on it?

I got the original around this time last year. Since the phone was just replaced, it should be under a new 1yr manufacturers warranty. I have TEP, so I don't need to worry about warranties.

could you call sprint and confim that it is a new 1 year warenty on the phone. Doesnt make any since though, if you got it as a replacement then it was just an effect of your previously warenty, doesnt mean you have a new 1 year warenty. This is essential for me to buy...

They told me that they were 'pretty sure' it comes with a new warranty. They were interested in why I cared so much, considering I have TEP.

Also, I am leaving to Texas today, and I will be back on Sunday. If you would like to purchase, I will be able to package it up and have it ship tomorrow. However, if you would like some more time, I will be returning this Sunday.
