HD7 T-Mobile (SIM UNLOCKED, DEVELOPER UNLOCKED)

As title states I have a HD7 From T-Mobile that is SIM UNLOCKED as well as DEVELOPER UNLOCKED. Phone is in like new condition, there is one hairline scratch on bottom of phone near charging port (you'd have top look for it to find it). Since it is developer unlocked and not Chevron7 unlocked you can upgrade through Zune with no problems and phone will remain unlocked. Asking $260. I am located in salem, or if anybody wants to meet locally. Thanks
