Still dont want a droid, I have no wimax coverage, not willing to change plans for a phone without a keyboard.

Would it be possible to install Winmo 6.5 onto Supersonic using the dual boot program? I know you can install android on winmo phones but how about the other way around?

I see some people don't want to change plans for this phone. I don't think you'll be getting any of the new super smart phones on sprint with windows mobile or android. Sprint has stated all new smart phones will require simply everything. Sprint is giving sweat heart deals to people with old plans so they switch to the newer everything plans. Check it out on HOFO and Sprintusers. I switched. Don't regret it.

no you cannot put winmo on an android phone, it has not been ported (nor will it be soon as far as I know)

you can put android 2.01 on a diamond or pro and run it somewhat stable.

Thanks for response. I've read that Andriod needs to be 'rooted' in order to tether your phone. What does 'rooted' mean? Sorry for te noob question!

its some sort of firmware exploit....cant remember exactly but i had it done to my womens G1 so it could be used on ATT....its hard to explain as this was over a year ago
