I'm really glad u guys r ok, not to long ago some crack head broke into my house mins. before my wife and kids got home. We had just moved in a few days earlier, but the guy took one look at me running towards him and he ran to the back yard never to be seen. kind of scarry but the next i went and bought a 9mm and added the security system to the house! Hmm...I wonder if you could reverse "Orb" to your phone. It would be lovely to find pictures of them flaunting their loot and waving their gun...then maybe even move over some files

That's odd that they didn't wait for you to be gone before they broke in, and also that they left the bag with your laptop and 360. They are dumb enough to do it the first time, and they are dumb enough to come back for another helping. It's nothing new - criminals often do return to the scene.
Good idea on stocking up on heavy weaponry. In the meantime get some PepperSpray and a couple stun guns as you will be less likely to hesitate zapping and spraying even if they are a couple of kids. If they have a gun (and in your home), and you feel the need to shoot them...make sure it's fatal. Otherwise you set yourself up for a lawsuit.

Not to stir anything, but thats not exactly the law.

The law of night and day (which recently changed) says you have to be in fear of your saftey, and the assalint must be on your property. Now you crazy guys in houston (ive been and thats somewhat of a compliment..lol) may shoot down the street, but legally you arnt allowed too.

during the day, you have to warn them twice, at night you only have to warn them once.
secondly, the law changed to now say that you DO NOT have to make an attempt to flee your residence. You just have to warn them and they have to be on your property.

Well shoot....i thaught it was different. I know the day rule. But it used to be when you shot them and there were outside they said drag em back in.....but i was told no need to bring them back inside just leave em be......or you could always just plea temporary insanity it gets people off really well here in texas......but now back on topic lets all make sure we keep them in our hearts and prayers....
