Search tables are being rebuilt! And 500 Errors.....
Well come to find out they are due to memory usage. 6700Yuma is working on fixing these issues for us. I apologize for any inconvience caused. But I wanted to inform everyone that we are indeed working on it. I will also be rebuilding the search tables over the next couple of days. Please bare with us!

I have completed the update. Since completing it about 15 minutes ago, I have not had any 500 Internal Server errors. Hopefully this means we are going to be OK for a little while. No guarantees that the problem won't still rear it's ugly head, but this SHOULD at least reduce the problem.
