PPCGEEKS.COM Banner Bluetooth Headset Reward!
 

Ok guys we need us a nice banner to match the theme we are using. So I figured I would offer a reward, since Im no good at Photoshop as u may have already noticed. So How does a Motorola HS815 bluetooth headset sound as a reward? Its mine, and I dont use it. So go figure. Anyway I think I would like one that runs across the entire top, maybe with the slogan, or not. Im not sure. I just think It should be of decent size as I want to change the buttons in the header to a dynamic html bar with drop down menus or something like that. Any help would be appreciated. Also if anyone can help with website development let me know, I could use to help. ;)

no, I have tried working it in the top and the size, just want work.....tried resizing and it loses quality....I dont know what Im gonna do.

i think i can work on something for u guys. on monday i will get a banner up for u. also i can help in site development. let me now what u need.

just need help with banner and overall header. (To remove buttons and code a menu for the top.) it would be great if u could help, and I got a website developer badge for ya, if ya help :thumbleft:

i am trying to find the hack to get a tool bar for the top of page to organize the buttons but no luck.

I have searched the net for a nice menu with no luck. see the problem is I have no clue about css.

i no some css. alittle. if u had invsion i could help alot more.

yea i will fix it. can u post up the color code of the blue u wont as all mine in photoshop look purple.

man Im a dummy when it comes to photoshop....but I will see if I cant find a color code for ya. Also if u dont mind constructive criticism....the font I personally dont really like. and can u make it PPCGeeks.com? Instead of PPCGEEKS COM. I appreciate the help. ;)

hmm, great great great banners. only problem is that that implies that this sit e is only for the 6700. i do believe we want EVERY ppc user here, 6700, 700w and wx, all the cingulars etc.. we need something a little more PCC and less 6700.

I wouldn't helping with layout and coding but I'm not sure how much I could actually get done for you. between work and school, probably not much.

I am a designer by heart though and could probably give more assistance in that department if you need it.

completely I do need assistance in that part. its real simple I know, the overallheader.php is tiny and coding it is easy but I can't code a menu......to get rid of the buttons. Thank you could help? And yea we do want all ppc owners here, but I only have to entries to the contest.

I want to join the contest and I have an Idea but I cant seem to get it to work. So I will tell everyone my idea just to see what everyone thinks and if someone could do it. Dose anyone remember the picture of the dogs around the poker table. Now picture not dogs but different PPC with pictures of dogs on the screen. Under the poker table reads PPCGeeks. Got 3 people looking at it but no one has got it set up yet. Well any ways thats my idea what do yall think :)

OK.........This is what i have so far. I havent done any contrasting or lighting changes, couple of dogs are still there, blah,blah, yadda,yadda..... so its all still pretty hard as far as lighting but its just a rough. im kinda tired so im gonna continue tomorrow. just wanted to post the progress.. am i goin in the right direction D5?

ROFL thats perfect. Big D5 vision perfectly lol. that just looks like it may not fit in the top space......or can u resize? maybe a cutout of the middle section? anyway to add a few blue tones? or is any of this I am speakin of possible? Im a photoshop dummie. :(

yeah its all possible..... photoshop is a beast. Ill get on it tomorrow. gotta get a little rest, tomorrow is the big sprint interveiw.
