Changes For Users With <20 Posts
We've made some changes for users with less than 20 posts...

You now need 20 posts to be able to
-Upload custom avatar pics
-Upload custom profile pics
-Upload custom sig pics (you can still host them on image sharing sites)
-Create social groups w/ icons
-Create photo albums
-Access Bargain Trader (this rule has been in place for a while)

There's nothing wrong with lurking and everyone is welcome at the site. Since uploading custom avatars and profile pictures takes up space on the server, we decided it was best to limit this a little. We already had the 50 post limit setup for the bargain trader, so we just used that setting for the avatars and profile pics.
