Signatures Once Per Page

I made a small edit that will make your signature only show up once per page in a thread. This should help cut down on the page sizes and might help with load time and SEO.

yeah I just noticed it cuts down a lot of clutter, I like it.

If you do a quick reply, it will show up when it posts, but if you refresh that thread page, it should go away. It just changes the DB query a little.

And remember, its per page. So if you post on page 2 of a thread, it'll show up. Then if you post again on page 5, it'll show up again. But if you post 2+ times on page 5, then it'll only show up once (except when you first post a quick reply).
