it is there by default, don't know if it is a custom taskbar...

Ask your chef. Maybe tsowen made it or gadgetfreak. If so they might know how to edit it out. :)

I would install Advanced Config 3.3. There is a drop down in Today to change clock to battery icon. Hope this helps

If you are using 6.5.1 there is no known way of removing the clock. What people did to fix this issue was make the task manager icon invisible.

oh okay, that would explain it, thanks BW, how do I make it invisible? and still functional.

lol too complicated, I just decided to use Showcase and put it on a hardware button. :) But thanks though ;)
