Question Charging Problem

My Omnia won't charge via the car charger unless Omnia is powered off.
It won't charge via the ac charger unless Omnia is powered off.

It will charge with the usb cable hooked up to the computer whether the Omnia is powered on or powered off.

After 6 months of owning this phone, this just started happening. . . . . .

Couldn't see this problem reported on any of the forums. . . . maybe it's just my phone.

Any ideas ????

Thanks,

Justin

Re: Charging Problem

Do you have the OEM charger, or one from WalMart or Ebay, or someplace else? Sometimes the off brands don't work exactly as they should.

If it is the Samsung one you bought from a Verizon store, try taking it back. All they can say is "No" and you're still no worse off.

...my $.02 - hope it helps.

Re: Charging Problem

I've determined that the phone is at fault. Cables are ok. I just flashed back to CF03 to make the phone back to factory specs so that I can return it. Thanks
