Dang, I guess my plan to "accidentally" run over my phone and break it to convince my wife to let me get the Omnia II when it comes out won't work...

Thats cool....
I have dropped my omnia probably a hundred times, and it has survived..a little scratched up.. I thought that was tough!!! But run over... WOW! Best Chris |

I dropped my first Omnia in the ocean. I disassembled it immediately and let everything dry. It actually would power on and the screen would come up like it was OK. The buttons, touch-screen and ringer no longer worked. The Power button actually still worked, though.
What truly surprised me was that I could call and the screen lit up and showed the incoming call. It still worked!!! I just had no way to answer the call. Now that's a rugged phone! |

Wow lol. How the heck did you find it, that is what is most unbelievable to me! Where I live some bum would have gotten it long before I reached it lol. Amazing story though, thanks for sharing!
