Dialer Lock

Does anybody know how to turn the dialer keypad lock on? I really like the WM6.5 ROMs but they all seem to have the keypad lock off and going into phone settings doesn't fix the problem. I would be open to using a 3rd party program for the same function.

Just found AutoCallLocker!!!

Anybody know where I can get the files to install the CC30 xt9 keyboard?
