How to check current ROM

I just got my Omnia today and I honestly can't leave it "stock"

Wanted to try some different Roms out. I noticed a lot of the roms say you need to have CF03 update installed before installing said rom.

How do I check to see what version I'm currently running? I've poked around the phone for awhile trying to find this info but I'm finally stumped. I did check the search function but didn't find what I was lookng for.
