I think it does Blackmeto. The cool thing I like is when I change ROMS, as soon as I sign into the Windows mobile app store it tells me the apps I have already downloaded so I dont have to remember.

Tell us what you mean Phullofphil. Even if the cab did download to device memory, you can just go in your file explorer and cut and paste it to your storage card. But I think Black is right, I think it doesnt download the cab at all...

Yes, the CAB file is deleted after install by design; it's the fairly weak copy protection scheme used at the moment. The great thing about the patched Marketplace is that the install pauses at the screen to select where to install the program, so you can go into the My Device\Application Data\Volatile directory and copy the CAB into another folder or to your PC. Then you can use that cab without having to go through the Marketplace, e.g. using Sashimi or XDA UC.
