bluetooth doesn't ring after CF03 and Adrynalyne's 6.1 rom

my bluetooth earpiece no longer makes any noise when I get a call, is this because voice commander is removed?


and the delay when I do get a call, when i push the button to answer and it finally kicks on is several seconds longer than it used to be, to the point where I question if it answered or not sometimes.
