Personally, I disagree with setting a com setting.... works fine just leaving it as is on intermediate driver (atleast for things like google maps and bing). Best thing that I've found out to do for the first lock/cold lock is jump in your car, take a drive, and put your phone on your dash

just know that it can take several minutes.
